Oktane Trackday 2014.2 - Press Release
No dia 26 de maio foi realizado o Oktane TrackDay 2014.2 em Interlagos - SP com cerca de 50 carros de alta performance dentre os quais, raros exemplares nunca antes vistos em Trackdays no Brasil como o Radical SR8rx e o Última GTR da equipe Scuderia.
O evento, já tradicional entre os apaixonados por automobilismo, dessa vez contou com parcerias e novidades. A rede social u-onboard, único e exclusivo portal de relacionamento para os amantes da velocidade esteve presente convidando todos os pilotos para fazerem parte desse universo da corrida além das pistas. Também foi instalado no lounge social o simulador da PepperSim que ofereceu uma experiência especial aos convidados e ainda a empresa TecRacing fez o lançamento oficial do primeiro condomínio autódromo do Brasil, um empreendimento ousado para as feras da pilotagem.
Mesmo sem registrar chuva durante todo o evento, a pista encontrava-se molhada em sua abertura as 09:00 limitando o acesso a apenas participantes que possuíam pneus de rua. Durante o dia a pista foi secando e, por volta do meio-dia os participantes puderam colocar os pneus Slicks no box disponibilizado pela organização para conseguir tirar o máximo dos seus veículos.
No fim do dia, foi realizada a bateria Top10, onde os 10 veículos mais rápidos ganharam 30 minutos de pista exclusiva. Todos os participantes que conseguiram se classificar para o TOP10 receberam da organização um troféu de reconhecimento pela conquista.
A volta mais rápida na bateria Top10 ficou com o Ultima GTR, com a marca de 1:39.496, seguido pelo Nissan GTR de José Mario e Rodolfo Tony com seu Porsche 911 GT2, com os tempos de 1:42.336 e 1:42.925 respectivamente.
