Informações Yokohama Oktane Trackday 2008.5
O OTD 2008.5 foi antecipado para o dia 07/12/2008, domingo, das 09:00 às 17:00 horas. As inscrições estão sendo realizadas através do nosso Fórum e também da Lista de E-Mails, no valor de R$390,00. Já contamos com mais de 80 carros pré-inscritos e as vagas estão se esgotando.
Este evento especial de celebração de fim de ano foi possibilitado em razão de nossa parceria com a YOKOHAMA do Brasil, que nos disponibilizará toda a infra-estrutura posta à disposição da Porsche que realizará um evento fechado da marca na quinta, sexta e sábado que antecedem nosso evento.
Isso significa que teremos não só uma infra-estrutura de pista de nivel internacional, com resgate, UTI móvel, cronometragem, etc, mas igualmente todo o apoio “extra” pista, como área social com sofás, pufs, cadeiras, dois boxes de apoio profissional para troca de pneus, rodas, e acertos de suspensão. Tudo sem custo adicional para os participantes.
O evento terá início às 09:00 da manhã, com térmio às 17:30 horas, o que significa nada menos que 08 (oito) horas de pista livre e aberta, praticamente dois eventos em um.
Contamos com a presença de todos para celebrar mais uma ano de absoluto sucesso do Oktane TrackDay juntamente com nossa grande parceira Yokohama. Toda parceria com a TireMax (desconto na aquisição de pneus e serviços está mantida e vigente para os participantes).
Informações úteis acerca do evento:
1 - Entrada pelo portão 07, abertura dos portões às 09:00 horas.
2 - Vistorias serão realizadas das 09:00 às 15 horas somente. Quem chegar após este horários não poderá entrar na pista.
3 - Serão ministrados quatro briefings idênticos durante o dia, respectivamente às 09:00, 10:30, 11:30 e 12:30 na sala de briefing em frente ao Box 01. Os novatos devem participar de um dos briefing, em horário a sua escolha. Quem não particiar do briefing, não entra na pista e não terá direito a reembolso.
4 - A pista será aberta em blocos, primeiro bloco às 09:30, segundo às 11:00, terceiro às 12:00 e quarto às 13:00. Após o quarto bloco a pista permanece aberta até às 17:30.
5 - Haverá buffet no local, sevindo comida e bebida ininterruptamente das 11:00 às 16:00 hrs. Os passes poderão ser adquiridos na hora, no box de vistorias.
