Assim sendo, pedimos a todos os participantes e seus convidados, que cheguem no autódromo por volta as 11:00 hrs da manhã, para que todo o procedimento de vistoria e credenciamento seja realizado sem filas, evitando qualquer atraso na entrada da pista.

- Cheguem cedo por volta as 11 horas, pois a vistoria é obrigatória e sem ela não há possibilidade de credenciamento e ingresso na pista.
-Haverá briefing, obrigatório para todos os participantes, cujo horário está marcado para às 13:00. Aquele que não assinar a lista de chamada terá seu ingresso na pista indeferido, sem qualquer direito a reembolso da quantia paga.
- Chequem o estados geral dos pneus, suspensão, motor, luz de freio e faróis, assim como vazamentos no motor. Esses são os principais motivos de repovação nas vistorias prévias de acesso à pista.
