Informamos que a FAERJ, entidade responsável pela organização de pista e horários da série de eventos que ocorrerão no dia 31, no autódromo, alterou os horários de nosso evento.
O início, que estava prevista para às 14:00 horas, foi ANTECIPADO para às 13:30, com término às 17:30. Toda programação pode ser conferida no site da FAERJ : http://www.faerj.org.br/turismo-2008-reg-particular-07e08.htm
Assim sendo, pedimos a todos os participantes e seus convidados, que cheguem no autódromo por volta as 11:00 hrs da manhã, para que todo o procedimento de vistoria e credenciamento seja realizado sem filas, evitando qualquer atraso na entrada da pista.
Informações básicas aos participantes:
- Cheguem cedo por volta as 11 horas, pois a vistoria é obrigatória e sem ela não há possibilidade de credenciamento e ingresso na pista.
-Haverá briefing, obrigatório para todos os participantes, cujo horário está marcado para às 13:00. Aquele que não assinar a lista de chamada terá seu ingresso na pista indeferido, sem qualquer direito a reembolso da quantia paga.
- Chequem o estados geral dos pneus, suspensão, motor, luz de freio e faróis, assim como vazamentos no motor. Esses são os principais motivos de repovação nas vistorias prévias de acesso à pista.
- Não se esqueçam dos equipamentos mínimos exigidos para segurança: calça jeans e capacete homologado pelo INMETRO. Aconselhamos o uso de macacão, sapatilhas e luvas. A sua segurança está em jogo!
- Ao final do evento a equipe de cronometragem imprime, desde que solicitado, de maneira gratuita, todos os tempos dos participantes, volta à volta. Solicite a sua!
- O participante deverá ler integralmente, e concordar com os termos do Regulamento Oficial do Oktane Trackday.

- O evento se inicia por volta das 13:30 horas, do dia 31 de maio, sábado.
- Entrada gratuita pelo Portão 07 do Autódromo.
- A organização do evento, horários e regras no interior das partes comuns do Autódromio são de competência exclusiva da FAERJ. O OktaneClub não possui qualquer ingerência ou solidariedade de responsabilidade nestes temas.
- Fiquem atentos ao tráfego de veículos nos boxes. Jamais encoste nos veículos de terceiros.
- Evite transitar pela pista externa dos boxes (em frente à reta). A melhor forma de assistir ao evento é do platô de frente para a curva 90, com acesso pela escada azul.
